Psalm 139 (MSG) Is there anyplace I can go to avoid your Spirit? Oh yes, you shaped me first inside, then out;
Psalm 91 (MSG) You who sit down in the High God’s presence, spend the night in Shaddai’s shadow, Say this: “God, you’re my refuge. I trust in you and I’m safe!” That’s right—he rescues you from hidden traps, shields you from deadly hazards. His huge outstretched arms protect you— under them you’re perfectly safe; his arms fend off all harm. Fear nothing—not wild wolves in the night, not flying arrows in the day, Not disease that prowls through the darkness, not disaster that erupts at high noon.

Sermon: Eric Strader Scripture Reader: Kelly Murdock-Billy ------- Psalm 30 and 34 are psalms of thanksgiving by persons who have moved through trouble and distress. God has delivered us from our troubles and transformed our grief into joy again. Psalm 30:5 (MSG) "All you saints! Sing your hearts out to God! Thank God to God’s face!"
Psalm 34:18 (MSG) "If your heart is broken, you’ll find God right there; if you’re kicked in the gut, God'll help you catch your breath."
A word of God for a people of God Thanks be to God.
